Refunds and Cancellation

EXCHANGE POLICY

Courier cost is borne by the laddy bug in the event of 'Damaged' or 'Defective' products, or size change will be paid in full by us on good receipt of product.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the laddybugthe@gmail.com

Returns and Exchanges can be made within 15 days post receipt of your order. No Return and Exchanges shall be entertained post 15 days of receipt of the order. 

  • Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any),bill, and any other material that came along with the product.
  • Damaged and defective products replacement/Exchange will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.
  • Please ensure that you place the Return/Exchange request within 15 days of receipt of the order. 
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in 7-10 working days.

Refunds

Your full refund ( postage as per above ) will be processed within 10-12 working days of us receiving the product within the stipulated 5 business days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. 

A full refund for prepaid orders shall be done in the source account while that of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund shall be done in the bank account details provided by the customer at the time of placing the Refund request. 

NOTE: In case the Bank account details entered by the customer are wrong, The Laddybug team will not be held responsible for the mix up and shall not be liable to refund the payment again. Hence, please cross check the bank account details entered.   

In case your product fails to reach us within the time or there is some other issue, we will advise and provide you whatever best assistance our customer care is capable of.

Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too! 

Give us one business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange/Return. 

What If Returned Product Couldn’t Pass The Quality Check? 

The Laddybug has an authority to reveres the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality –check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call.
